I spend an unusual amount of time thinking about why people do what they do. Fortunately, it's my job.
I'm Shagufta Naz, a Faculty at Let’s Be Okay, Neuropsychology professional, ABA practitioner, and trainer with more than 5+ years of on-field experience working at the intersection of behavior, development, and mental health.
Over the years, I've worked with more than 70 children and counting, supported families through developmental and behavioral challenges, and trained over 60 students and early-career professionals through workshops, mentorship, and practical learning experiences.
My work spans behavioral intervention, parent guidance, professional training, and mental health education. Whether I'm facilitating a workshop, working directly with a child, or supporting a family, I strive to make evidence-based practices practical, accessible, and impactful.
And if there's one thing my work has taught me, it's that the right knowledge, applied well, can change lives.
